Not bad. All it needs to meet the rules is a black outline around the ball itself. Personally I'd recommend making it a bit thicker. Same goes for the eye outlines.

Even better! Only thing I would do is drop the red border between the blue and yellow. It draws too much attention from the eyes, which are generally the main focus.
