My only problem is the first sentence, it should read ".. If a theory has scientific evidence and has not been disproven then it stands" the way you said it could be used to say "you can't disprove God therefore that theory is true"

Without any scientific evidence there is no theory and to date I'm unaware of any god theory that's supported by scientific evidence/process.
