Evolution is a theory,
Gravity is a law just like physics,
Cells are a fact because that's what you are made from,
Micro and macro evolution happen every day but you won't even notice it.

Pretty sure Gravity is a theory. Of course the theory stand in till proven wrong.

The theory of Evolution, Gravitational theory, Cell theory, Atomic Theory, Germ Theory of Disease. They are all theories. Embodied in those theories are laws and observations.

Gravity is a theory and even "laws" have exceptions. I believe Newton's third law was broken recently. http://www.newscientist.com/article/dn24411-light-can-break-newtons-third-law--by-cheating.html
