Why has there never been any mention of the monitor of Installation-03? Surely the encounter would have been noteworthy enough to make record on Ivanoff Station.

Testament has mysteriously disappeared, we don't know where it has gone. Static Carillon has assumed the role of caretaker for Installation 03, it would seem.

That object on ivanoff station was apparently the eye of a war sphinx, not monitor 049. Abject Testament either disappeared or went rampant and destroyed himself.
