I get sleep paralysis hallucinations, once every 1 - 3 months usually. Most of the time there's a figure standing over me as I enter that state, and I get the greatest sense of terror when I see it. I think the fear is amplified by the sleep paralysis, but I think I'd be conditioned to think I was having a hallucination, even if the figure was real, therefore becoming helpless.
So I'd probably die if that's what the stranger had in store for me.

That's sounds horrible, I have heard others mention this before and I have also watched some T.V programs about sleep disorders. In your case the stranger is your ideal woman or whatever you are into, they have come to fulfil some of your fantasies.
But seriously, I do not envy you that must be petrifying, I hope they can cure it for you :(

or whatever you are into,
Oh bby ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) Honestly, it's not as bad as it sounds (although I started hyperventilating one time, not a pleasant experience). It's terrifying at the time, and I can't sleep properly for the next couple of nights, but it makes me really focused because I'm trying to take my mind off it. As far as I know it's not curable, unfortunately, due to the nature of what causes it.

At least you don't get all the time. Never say never, it may be a symptom of another condition but you never know.
At least you don't get all the time.
Yeah, that's the main positive. I've read reports of people who get them nightly; I don't think I could handle that.
