They can do whatever they want promises or not. They could've mailed you a disk that said raid content install me on may 19 and still able to change their mind LEGALLY. Terms and Conditions cover all content released or not.. And they reserve the right to change existing content as well.
And I'm not taking this as a joke because you decided to leave out #Satire.. But had time to insult the devs in the same space.
