"Wish You Luck" has about 45% fewer games and only 10% fewer kills. So ... that's gonna be a "No."

It's all about game mode. You can play 1000 games of rumble but it's literally impossible to get more than 25000 kills out of it (it's close to impossible to even get 25000). However, you could easily get 40000+ kills out of the same amount of games of control.
