It's not that it is easy to get its just easy to get for you. Once you get one gun you're more than likely going to get more of that weapon. It's just how it works like for me I have yet to get one and I run it every week.

I got it on my second vog. My fireteam leader said its the hardest gun to drop, that's the main reason its still in my vault. I hear it one shots oracles. I'll take it into the vog next time.

I have every single other raid item and am only missing one exotic yet I can't get praetorian foil. I have over 60 vault completions and only seen it drop twice.
