Darkness 4 does not give me my grim score or card and I can go collect everytime I come back to Venus (on in the eye of the gate lord by the white bean)

Hey QaSiiC! You did already unlock Ghost Fragment: Darkness 4. It's listed under Enemies//Darkness in your Grimoire Collection. The dead Ghost itself is bugged and can be picked up multiple times. Picking up does grant Grimoire only on the first time, though.
