I always check in at the Postmaster and Cryptarch even when there is no green icon. I pick up EVERY green Engram "just in case". When in orbit between activities I delete all green and blue weapons and check for blues and purples. I reload, reload, reload once the immediate threat is gone. Due to the 3 round glitch, I even reload Bad Juju! Every now and then I cycle through my weapons to make sure they are all fully loaded. I collect all planetary materials I see in case they re-introduce a buyer for them, my vault is nearly full of them. There are probably others but that's all for now. Oh, and I MUST return to orbit before switching character/profile. I can't do it in the tower.
