The thing that sets you back is the no flinching enemies with shields, takes way too long to take them out so id rather take cheap shots than deal with them

Heaven forfend you have to use actual squad tactics and pincer them.

Ice breaker still doesn't make them flinch, it's not impossible, managed it with both characters. Word of crota with the exploding rounds does help
