I have a question: What motivated this thread? I haven't seen any stickies in the few months I've been on these forums, and suddenly this? Is this just data collection for research purposes? Is there any plan to correct anything? Can you give any background on what's causing any of the issues in the first place? I mean, why go to the trouble of posting this, if that's all this is?
