I was thinking, a lot of newfomen want to be members of the flood, based on why I have heard this is impossible to happen because the flood was te old name of offtopic, right? So I propose that the newfomen of #offtopic be called Offtopicians! Te only way to be an Offtopician is to have joined the forums while it has been called offtopic, similar to the Floodians and the flood. The combined group of the Floodians and Offtopicians would be called Fomen. With this in place, newfomen would not ask if they are Floodians, knowing that they are their own group, the Offtopicians. If you agree, say bump!
