Mostly vegetables, chicken, fish, and protein/vitamin shakes.... Like once or twice a month i have a candy bar or something.

Meat and vegetables. Oats with almond butter for breakfast. Water or almond milk for fluids. The occasional coffee. Craft beer on weekends ;-) Ice cream and chocolate when I feel like cheating.

A very wide variety, I enjoy cooking and experimenting with new recipes. I drink way too much coffee and diet coke though.

Some lays with lemon juice, koolade jammers (strawberry kiwi) and roasted Brussels sprouts with garlic and Montreal steak seasoning, fat free vanilla yogurt and an apple or 2. I don't eat meals just snacks

Im 22 n eat almost no meat and 99% organic everything. Not vegan just believe in moderation. I eat more vegitables in a day than some people eat in a month. About 1nce a week i will eat something with meat. I do drink goat milk and eat eggs, wish it wasnt illegal to buy non pasturized milk in canada. Havent touched a soda or candy bar for a good five years, do drink on occassion though.

Protein shakes No crappy sugars As little unsaturated fat as possible I try to stay away from grains I tend not to eat dairy. More out of choice. Quite a healthy diet.

I usually consume a few heavy ammo synth for breakfast lunch is a resupply code or two and some polyphages on the side. dinner consists of some ether seeds and a black wax idol for dessert
