Can't really say I've had any problems with any specific nationalities myself.
Although I do find it awkward when playing with Americans and there's a break in play and I want a smoke, I always have to stop myself saying im going for fag lol

I remember my 1st trip to California. Told a bar man I was just going outside to 'smoke a fag'...the look on his face was priceless!
