If it was me I would consider reforging it, however field scout is a top perk... So you might lose that... I originally got field scout with two worthless perks (for me) and I reforged once and got the perks I wanted. I was extremely lucky! I ended up with void damage (which is that I wanted since I have a great solar and arc mg), CQB/Smart Drift, rangefinder, field scout, and crowd control. Pretty solid roll I think. It's a gamble either way... but it's a gun worth taking the risk in my opinion.
