Exotic drops removed from IB?

I've been playing IB since day one and I haven't got one or seen anyone get one. The drop rate of exotic weapons during the IB is usually high. Anybody got an exotic through the IB?

Heard the drop rate goes up 5% each day of IB. How true that is, I don't know personally
