Why hasn't the Titan bubble CHEESE been addressed?
When you inspect the six man fireteam you're going up against and you see it coming before the match. 4+ defender Titans with Alpha Lupi and 1-2 golden gunning hunters.
What happens: Once all the Titans on the team have WoD bubble, they will go straight to the B zone. After stacking 4 armor bubbles on top of each other, the hunters walk through what is now an "unlimited super portal". Of course, the bubbles will build off of themselves so the orbs just keep coming. Meaning, yes, literally NON-STOP GG.
This has happened countless times in one iron banner to me. Now I just leave at the beginning if I suspect it.
The worst part is it turns any average player into a god for the time being. We were up 12k to 6k when they start cheating last night. Yes, it is cheating when you have a highly assisted OHK supercharged gun with at least 3 bullets all the time. Your argument is already invalid. Yes, a vortex nova bomb will clear the bubbles and so will FoH. The fact of the matter is it is extremely difficult to beat and I have yet to do so. I'm far from average in the crucible so when I can beat you, just take it haha

If you haven't been victim to this, I fear, it won't be long. It's obviously the "new thing to do" in the crucible. I know the original video from gigglemonster on YouTube is still there(if it's not the original, I don't care).
Why do people exploit this game to this extent? Do you report them? Do you use this method?
EDIT: much strategy, pls teach. Thanks to everyone who isn't hiding in an armor bubble with their other bubble buds
EDIT: someone mentioned tacking orbs out of pvp. I think it's a perfect solution to abusing the system. Earning your own super as opposed to being handed one for running through a bubble is a solid fix.

Oh look! Another one of [i]these[/i] threads! The bubble strategy only works if the other team is stupid enough to keep running to the bubbles. If everyone stops being dumb, this strategy will become useless and will die.

Orbs are an awfull system in PVP and only serves to enhance the already ridiculous cluster-blam!- that crucible already is

It's not a cheese, would it be better if you just got hunters to golden gun one after the other? 4 orbs in three kills, two supers and first guy recharged his with 8 orbs

They weren't well organized as there were only three in the actual fireteam, but they definitely were trying to layer bubbles. It took them 3 games to pull it off. I guess it worked out for them. Once they pulled it off successfully, there wasn't much we could do. My teammates kept dropping out (even though they weren't beating us [b]that[/b] badly), so we kept getting fresh players who had no idea what was going on. If the original team had stuck together, I think we could've pulled something together. As it was, I just started avoiding B and we went back and forth over A and C. If it weren't for a crazy good Hunter on their team, they wouldn't have won at all, it was still such a close game. Edit: I just went back and checked the three games I played with them. The first game, they lost and my team won. The second game, they were on my team, and we lost (thanks guys). The third game is when they finally got it together and I was on the receiving end of that strategy.

Every other post says [i]"very easy to counter."[/i] I haven't seen this strategy, but I would imagine [i]easy[/i] is an exaggeration. Shouldn't confuse possibility with feasibility of execution.

It's a strategy!!! It's within the games limits and they are gl itching anything! All they are doing is using their supers effectively. Besides a well placed nova bomb will kill everyone or even a fist of havoc

I find the strategy annoying, but every subclass aside from Sunsinger and Defender can counter it with a bit of teamwork. I have a clip of Razor's Edge ripping through a bubble and killing everyone inside of it. Not unbeatable, just troublesome and unfair to a team that can't handle it.

This strategy, while it is annoying, can easily be countered by A: stay away from the mass of bubbles until the team is out of energy B:Fist of Havoc C:Arc Blade D:snipe the gunslingers when they come out, if you're good enough. E:play PvE instead It's not like ti's happens every game- it pretty much requires a team of 6 people who are all communicating with each other.

While in the air, you have to shoulder charge to throw off the golden gun aim just a slight bit and headstrong to leap further. I told a friend in my party to do this and when we came across 1 group doing the method, we just camped until he got the super and we all rushed at 1 time with him being in the middle of the pack, the 2nd he is in position, wipe them all out with the rest of us ready with arc blade to wreck anyone left. The method is stupid to do and shouldn't be done in the 1st place

I've seen hunters counter this as blade dancers. They just go invis, pop their super, run in, and kill everything.

Taking orbs out would be ideal, there are already way too many one hit kill items in this game and it's gotten rather annoying

2 RepliesYea I dealt with a game of this yesterday. It was stupid. To fix this honestly they just need to make groups of 4 or more be put together rather than forcing randoms to face a team of people doing this. It was funny because despite their scored at the end they sucked badly. I could easily take their "best player" when it came to just weapon play but since he had a super on like 75% of the time he got many more kills. Its easy to get lots of kills when your just using your super all day long. And a hunters super is worthless when there are 4 bubbles. We needed one of our warlocks to use their nova super but none of them bothered to do that instead they just tried to spam nades.... :/

I saw this yesterday. They did not do it particularly well, and were spanked soundly. I think its one of those things that sound better in theory than it works in practice. I do agree with the point that large groups should be facing off against each other. 6 competant players working as a unit will beat on 6 individuals going alone almost every time. Stop punishing me for trying to play when my friends are doing other things/not online/don't exist outside of my imagination!

lol although in theory this sounds like a great strategy it only works if your opponents are noobs. I had this happen in only one match this week. Other team tried using this against us, warlocks ran in each time, nova bomb, bubbles destroyed, entire other team dead. They lost by 2000 points.
