Macro and micro are two different things.
Micro evolution is a species developing new attributes but still being the same species.
Macro evolution is one species evolving into another species.
Macro takes billions of years.
Micro takes a couple hundred

Do you think species just pop out and say "oh, I'm a lizard now". No. It's a matter of time but they both involve the exact same process. The exact same. So what can we pretty easily conclude?... that they are the same. Micro was just brought in as a means of explaining away what's actually going on.
