You pay for a game and ALL its content before DLC. Having new strikes and raids not available to those that do not have the DLC is logical and I dont have a problem with that. What I do have a problem with is that those new strikes and missions are regularly available as nightfall and heroic, more regularly that the vannila strikes. This is very greedy money grabby consumer unfriendly and I do not believe there are players that stupid to defend these malpractises.
