Actually forget basilisk. It doesnt fit the theme of the class. Hows this
Fog of war: you produce a fog cloud around you, partially obscuring your location and reducing incoming damage.
Thats a better fight for a thor type class and gives the much needed dr.

Pretty good idea, but if you see the fog you already know where the caster is... But maybe if I change it completely. Interesting Idea, thank you for your feedback.

It would be like the wizards black fog, you can move slightly off center and a keen eye will still see you but for the most part your hidden
