Everyone who is mad about Xur selling it is mad because it was one weapon that made them feel special because so few people had it. I've raided many times and done the nightfall many many times and got so many duplicates or crappy rewards. I never had the LUCK required to "win" it. Rather, I played the weekly heroic strike every week to EARN the coins I bought it with.
