Sure. Tempest was suppose to be like making yourself a deplorable turret. You'd use it in close quarters where things like snipers couldn't get to you. If you were immune to shots coming from below because the tempest curves incoming bullets, would that help? It would at least give you an edge against shotguns, fusion rifles, and auto rifles. With Lance of Might, it's a more of a ranged super, you'd use it to quickly move ground and when charging into a group of enemies. Maybe if Lance of Might were more controllable or locks onto enemies. It has to be an instant cast like all the other Titan supers so becoming a walking fireball is out of the question. Sounds like the best improvement I can think of is being stationary at first until you lock onto a target, kind of like how Nova Bomb has a cast Delay. Then after you lock onto an enemy or group of enemies, you charge forward and pathfinder towards them like how Tracking Rockets on Truth would. [b]It's nice to hear what's wrong and not effective with my list, but please include a little insight on what solution could fix it. I spend a lot of my time coming up with alternatives on the spot.
