Question for evolutionist which takes more faith believing in a God or believing we came from a rock
English
-
The one without any evidence, since... ya know, that's the definition of faith
-
Evolution =/= biogenesis.
-
Right don't believe we came from rocks! (That's not what evolution is) let's believe a wizard made us out of DIRT and women from the dirtmans rib.

Well said

We came from the stars actually because the stars created the elements that we need to survive on.
-
Yours stupid, we are not made of stars, maybe the same elements, have you ever touched a star? No, where did the stars come from, # you are a dumb a

Edited by joibasta: 3/10/2015 11:01:28 PMThe stars created the elements. Stars are created by Nebula clouds in space. Stars created life in our universe, they made all of the none man made elements. You have hydrogen in you stars created hydrogen. The stars created life research it. Edit: hash tags don't have spaces in them so it's actually, #youareadummy

Also atleast the theory of evolution has evidence in its favor. The bible changes from church to church and from time. It is no where near what the original teachings preached. You're all going to hell anyway if that's what you belive in. You're all sinners. Hahahah. I don't believe aliens are god either I was just saying..
-
God. There's no evidence that we came from either. But rocks exist. I'm not saying god doesn't exist, but he/she/it hasn't been demonstrated to exist. Therefore it would take more faith to believe we came from a being that has not been demonstrated to exist, rather than believing we came from an inanimate object that does exist.
-
Both. I don't see what this has to do with evolution.
-
*sigh* That's not what evolution is, no one came from a rock. Sure minerals provided the building blocks for life, but that is not the adaptations of a species over millions of years
-
Im sorry but how does something come from nothing???? Its ABSOLUTELY impossible for something to be there in the begging before planets Etc. Something had to be created. If you were to shake a box of legos for millions of years would it ever create a car???? NO its absolutely impossble.just think about it. Something in the begining had to be made.
-
Then where did God come from?
-
The begining hes God.
-
Soo he came from nothing?
-
No he was always there
-
Did God not "come from nothing"?
-
He is the begining and the end?
-
Again, it states he was always there, therefore he came from nothing. Is this not correct?
-

If you think about it, as a Christian, we believe we came from nothing. We believe God created everything from absolutely nothing. So what's your point?
