Anyone saying they don't get exotic drops hasn't done enough strikes. It took me over 100, probably 150 strikes before I got plan c to drop. Since then I get one every 40-50 strikes like clockwork. I've gotten plan c, TLW, mida, and most recently suros. That doesn't count all the legendary engram's I've gotten that have turned into exotic armor and one turned into dragons breath.
