Re-install using the non-preorder version. When you go to manage game there should be a "ready to install" dbxv install that one then delete the old one. Leave dlc installed.

Is there a way I can delete the game without my saves? I don't really wanna start over.

If you delete the game it should keep your saves on the cloud.
