I checked his destiny tracker. He was on Crucible an hour ago. Account locked you say? Children playing it you say? You know what I'm sure it was just a child playing on his account an hour ago....with a 6.0 K/D ratio
This man is a Sociopath to be able to do what he did and is now trying to manipulate everyone into forgiving him after he had to deal with consequences( threats, etc)

I found the guy's b.net profile and for a guy hopped up on meds and no interest in gaming, he put a lot of time into the game. I find it hard to believe others had access to his account 24/7 without his knowledge.
