If everything in the universe simultaneously doubled in size....
Would you be able to notice? think about this question very carefully.....
Do you think it could be happening all the time? What is size anyway?

No one would know, size is relative. The only way you could tell is if the wavelength of the whatever it is they use to measure the meter stayed the same, or something similar.
