The HOPF is seriously overhyped... Don't know why everyone is going crazy over the chest piece

Yeah your right, it seems as good as any other chest piece

Not at all during radiant you can. Spam 10 grenades and 3 melees. Now add touch of flame (grenades ignite enemies) and viking funeral (enemies burn longer) and grenades are deadly and under radiance I'll have 3 one hit melees with scorch

So hopf greatly reduces the charge time of abilities
