using sun singer for anything but the revive is embarrassing to watch lol, it's a support class as best.

Dude you are so wrong. What do you do when you have wave after wave of lightswitch thralls coming at you? Radiance and grenade spam the b!tche$. What do you do in the hypogeum strike on mars when waves of goblins come out the portals Grenade spam the b!the$ and block that portal. Grenade spam is like a temporary primary weqpon which is very effective against stealth vandals, pinch points, legions of enemies that just don't stop, etc. There is no other super that gives you that quantity of action at a distance with both effectiveness, safety, and team reinforcement with orbs galore.

I just nova bomb the thralls, move bomb the goblins and nova bomb the portals lol
-
Sun singers generate the most orbs and can do the most dps. Other supers ~3k to each enemy, radiance can do ~2400 DMG with each grenade and can throw around 12 if your set up right. Also you can stack the damage on a single target if you want.

I hope you just mean as warlocks, because defender titan pisses on warlock for orbs. & I'd much rather run void walker stacked with obsidian mind, you'll get double the supers per strike and do more damage since the frequency of nova bombs.

Edited by TheGidmeister: 2/21/2015 4:08:49 AMOh obsidian mind is great, but it's a Warlock piece, and you described Warlocks with derision as a mere support class. You can't get the full benefit of obsidian when you have time delayed waves of enemies as in the hypogeum strike. Its great in crotas end too, but just as great as sunsinger because you have less chance of hurting yourself. They are both great choices, but still both give a decisively offensive role for warlocks, which is indispensable for any fireteam.

Hypogeum? PS4 strike? I'm on Xbox one

Friends don't let friends play Xbox One

I like both. Depends on my mood.

I just see it more of a ability than an attack when you activate it

Do what you want but your seriously missing out and limiting your play style.
