Available in-game? The original Arcadia Jumpship. The one before you take it to Holliday. It's blue and orange, and I've never seen anyone that has it.

It's actually very easy to get it, you just need to start a new character

No, that's the serviced one. You have to visit Holliday to get it fixed. It's possible to keep the original one, retaining it's colour.
