Anyone else have a problem where the PS4 won't boot up, but just stays blinking blue lights. Eventually says I need update 2.03 and so I do, about 790mb, but it goes through the motions and then restarts. PS4 goes back to the blinking light and tries to boot up twice and shuts down again. I've tried safe mode, all the options, I've tried online forums but all that information is from 2013-2014. Thought I might see if any other guardians had this issue and had a fix? Thanks,
