I've noticed a lot of 'rail gun' comments and one thing I'd like to point out is, this is a bit too op considering the concept of the rail gun is a weapon that fires through walls unhindered. Put this in a game where cover could mean the difference between life and death and you've overpowered defence. It should, in theory, be able to kill a defender titan in a ward of dawn with armour of light. (reduce his health down to 50% if he's got disintegrate overshield as well)

A fusion rifle is basicly a weaker rail gun I'd like them to keep it as it is, I agree putting something that powerful in you would hear so many people complain it would just get nerfed out of the game
-
But the fusion rifle is not a rail gun concept. the rail gun is charge, fire a single bolt that ignores all cover, cool-down, reload, rinse, repeat. That is, to my understanding, what a rail gun is.

Yea I know it is like it cus you charge up and it fires but instead one 1 shot it shoots 7 at once and doesn't do things like shoot through walls, but do you think that'd even be possible with the physics of destiny to do things like shoot through walls?
-
Erm, I don't think Destiny physics, because gravity. Enough said really. If the hive are mining out the moon and it now has more gravity (about 6 times more gravity) then, dafuq? Bungie has a bunch of coders and artists but nobody with logics.

Hahahaha that's true
