Maybe not an ice elemental damage, but a weapon that literally freezes enemies, then you use your melee to shatter them....I have a raging boner just thinking about it!

Considering the elemental types already are two types of energy (Arc, and Solar) being light and the other being darkness (Void) I don't think there is going to be an Ice element. It doesn't go with the motif.
